Dark matter, the mysterious substance that makes up around 85% of the total mass of the universe, was born to be shown in the Pancakesandbooze event that took place on July 28-29 at Public Works in San Francisco. Because all my paintings are gigantic in scale, I created two new surprise pieces just for the show to fit the size criteria. It was a great adventure to create this piece since i’m trying to depict something invisible to the naked eye.
